1. Delete in the app
- Open Settings in ILARON.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Delete my account.
- Type ILARON in the confirmation field.
- Confirm deletion and wait for the result. If asked to sign in again, do so and repeat the request.
2. If you cannot open the app
Email hello@oakdev.app, preferably with the subject ILARON – account deletion, from the email address associated with the account. Ask us to delete your ILARON account. We may need to verify ownership. Never send passwords, one-time codes or recovery codes.
An anonymous guest may have no contact email. Use in-app deletion while you still have access. If access is lost, email us and explain without sensitive private details; we cannot promise to identify an account without sufficient information.
3. What is removed?
Deletion removes Firebase authentication, profile, Reflections wallet, owned digital items and the account’s transaction history. The in-app flow also clears local notes, bookmarks and favourites on the device where you perform it. You may need to clear data on other devices, in browser storage or in your own backups separately.
Deletion is not a temporary pause. Save local information you want to keep before confirming. Uninstalling or signing out alone does not remove the server account.
4. Minimal security records afterwards
A minimal account ID with deletion timestamps and detached AdMob transaction IDs may remain to stop old sign-ins or ad receipts from recreating an account or duplicate rewards. These records are marked for automatic deletion after 90 days. Cloud TTL cleanup is asynchronous, so deletion may finish later. The records contain no email, church affiliation, notes or AI responses.
Prepared caching for possible future Wisdom responses has a seven-day TTL. Wisdom is off today. Technical provider logs follow applicable data terms and legal requirements. Read the privacy policy or ask us about the scope of a request and your data-protection rights.
